Farm & Fish invite you to join us for our first demonstration evening which will be focusing on our locally sourced lamb which is hand delivered by our farmer, John.
At Farm & Fish we believe that no part of an animal should go to waste & encourage nose to tail eating wherever possible.
On the 14ths of July our Butcher, Billy will be hosting an demonstration evening where he will butchering a whole lamb, discussing different cuts & how best to prepare them.
Alongside the demonstration there will be opportunities to try some lesser known cuts, served with paired wines.
